Chiara Pirito
1977, Turin. Lives and works in Turin

Chiara Pirito photographed cars that stopped at the same traffic lights in Athens for twelve consecutive days from sunset until late in the evening. She has selected and mounted the images for a four-channel video
installation and has arranged some expressions into single works. The same shot of the car window, the same perspective, the same light: only the faces and the subjects change. The same vision multiplies in many
situations that are irreducible and are exposed as elements of a scene that could extend into infinity.
