Zorka Ságlová

Zorka Ságlová is one of the personalities who managed to develop artistic creativity in action art as well as structural, spatial and pictorial representation. She studied at the Prague Academy of Applied art in 1961- 1966 in the studio of A. Kybal. She appeared on the Czech art scene at the end of sixties, presenting herself with land art presentations Of minimal objects and materials with the cooperation of the musicians Plastic people of universe. Since late seventies she developed the pictorial structure based on the icon of rabbit. Her work is opened to take the interaction between art and reality into account and discover wide range of meanings starting from analogies to science and ending with
allusions to soft humor.
